MôjPlat.sk and MůjPlat.cz

As a coordinating national research team, CELSI runs the WageIndicator project in Slovakia (MôjPlat.sk) and in the Czech Republic (MůjPlat.cz). The WageIndicator is an international web-based survey on wages and working conditions, operating since 2001. The concept is owned by the WageIndicator Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to labour market transparency by providing accurate wage related information through salary checks and wage data collected through national web surveys. Data collected through web surveys serve the purpose of internationally comparable high-quality analyses of labour markets and working conditions. In 2011, WageIndicator is operated through national research teams in 55 countries in Europe, Americas, Asia and Africa.

MůjPlat.cz is operated by jobDNES.cz and Media partner for MůjPlat.cz is iDNES.cz

WageIndicator Data Analysis (WIDA)

(since 12.9.2011)

WIDA is an applied scientific project directly drawing on the WageIndicator project. The project involves data collection, data processing and supplying of expert services consisting of analysis of the labor market.

Expert services are designed for HR managers and other managers dealing with compensation and strategies of remuneration of employees. Because of its international scope (it includes 60 countries of the world and covers also some developing countries and emerging markets), expert solutions are suitable also for organizations entering and serving foreign markets, and also for governmental institutions responsible for labor market policies. Expert services are suitable for employment and work agencies, but also for the media on their mission of social responsibility to disseminate information about the situation on the domestic but also global labor market.

Expert services cover various areas resulting from a holistic approach to the labor market, especially wages, benefits, training, contract conditions, working hours, commuting, satisfaction, preferences and opinions of the employees, working conditions, job seeking methods and expectations. It is also possible to draw attention to households of employees.

In accordance with the mission of the WageIndicator initiative, project WIDA reinforces transparency of, and research about, the labor market. This in turn enables us to further increase the scope and quality of our services.
