WageIndicator Foundation (StichtingLoonwijzer)

The WageIndicator Foundation started in 2001 to contribute to a more transparent labour market for workers and employers. It collects, compares and shares labour market information through (online & face-face) surveys and desk research. It serves as an online library for wage information, Labour Law and career advice.

The WageIndicator Foundation is assisted by world-renowned universities, trade unions and employers’ organisations and currently operates in 92 countries. Their international staff consists of some 100 specialists spread over the whole world. The foundation has strong relationships with Monster since 2003. The WageIndicator Foundation is a global organisation reaching millions on a monthly basis.

CELSI provides expert data services for the WageIndicator Foundation and calculates the living wages and salary survey data.

WageIndicator Foundation has offices in Amsterdam (HQ), Ahmedabad, Bratislava, Buenos Aires, Cape Town, Dar es Salaam, Maputo and Minsk.

MôjPlat.sk and MůjPlat.cz

As a coordinating national research team, CELSI runs the WageIndicator project in Slovakia ( MôjPlat.sk ) and in the Czech Republic ( MůjPlat.cz ). The WageIndicator is an international web-based survey on wages and working conditions, operating since 2001. The concept is owned by the WageIndicator Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to labour market transparency by providing accurate wage related information through salary checks and wage data collected through national web surveys. Data collected through web surveys serve the purpose of internationally comparable high-quality analyses of labour markets and working conditions. Since 2011, WageIndicator is operated through national research teams in 92 countries in Europe, Americas, Asia and Africa.
