Barbora Holubová, the CELSI researcher, attended the regional workshop in Rome. The event was devoted to presenting and deepen the preliminary project results covering southern Europe countries. The participants and social partners also engaged in the production of a Guide which will provide European and international steps for social actors in taking actions at the organisational level. The Guide will comprise brief key findings and steps for effective action to address the gender pay gap.
