This one-day event will bring together researchers, representatives of unions and employers, and European policymakers, to share and discuss the findings of the project and their relevance for social dialogue and trust-building in industrial relations across Europe.

The conference will serve as a platform to:

• Present comparative insights from eight European countries and three key sectors (Metal, Transport, Banking & Finance),
• Discuss how trust between social partners can be fostered around key challenges such as digitalisation, skills and training, and occupational health and safety,
• Reflect on the implications of our findings for the future of collective bargaining in Europe.
