SEAD: Enhancing socio-ecological dialogue in the automotive industry
SEAD training with OS KOVO in Prague – another step in building social dialogue capacity across the region

On 6 October 2026, CELSI researcher Adam Šumichrast and Barbora Duffková from České priority led another in the series of SEAD training workshops — this time with trade unionists from the Czech metalworkers' union OS KOVO in Prague.
The workshop is part of an ongoing series of mutual learning events bringing together union representatives, employer organisations, and researchers from Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary to discuss how social dialogue can respond to the green and digital transformation of the automotive industry.
